MY REVIEW ON PEARL VISION

So after the bad experience with how reed vision treated me i decided to take my business else where.I want to pearl vision and i have to say they were awesome their.They could not fix my daughter glasses but were very kind and gave her a loaner pair to use till her new glasses came in .Every employee at pearl vision was very nice and  helpful.This is how i look at it reed vision lost or business and pearl gained our business .kindness goes along way specially when your running a business.

Reed vision

My daughter broke her glasses today so i ran out to reed vision to see if they can fix them .I told them they only have to last in till next Friday march 25 that's when her eye appointment is and we would be buying her new glasses.Yes she broke them a week before her appointment !!I made it very clear she is unable to see without the glasses.the guy tells me theirs nothing they can do and they cant get her in any sooner.Really to me my daughter not being able to see is considered a emergency to me.So i called my husband he found a place that could get her in tomorrow morning so i will be canceling my husband,daughter and sons appointments on the 25th and going to optical where they seem more willing to help .reed vision lost. Maybe they should work on their customer service.

Wouldn't it be nice to shop in places that you get help and not just because the employee has a sales per hour that they have to make or commissions but just because they care.Now i find that employees that have a certain amount that they have to sell don't really care what you want they want to sell you the most expensive item so they can make their sph or sales per hour.Also every 5 steps you take the employees are asking you if they can help you.At one point i actually had employees arguing when i want to pay because they both said they waited on me and wanted the sale.Now that's very uncomfortable for the customer when you have employees arguing over who gets to ring it up well the customer is standing their i bet they lose alot of customers at this certain store And the sad thing is that the employees only act like that because from i was told is if they don't make their sales per hour they get a pay cut.Nice way to treat your employees.
